Reflective Leadership Workshop for Middle, High School, and College Students

Group 4

Album of My Life… So Far

This powerful 45–55 minute workshop helps students explore their identity, purpose, and personal journey through creative expression. Using storytelling, writing, and art, students create a personal “album” that reflects where they’ve been—and where they’re going.

Students will:

  • Reflect on formative experiences and values
  • Practice emotional awareness through storytelling
  • Create a personal “album cover” and tracklist
  • Build community through optional sharing or gallery walk

Ideal for youth summits, leadership cohorts, or mental health days.
